From 1-4pm come and hangout with us at the Hornell American Legion!
There will be several local rescues and vendors in attendance, a basket raffle, and even a raffle for the kids! Come by in costume and trick-or-treat at each of the tables. We will have snacks and drinks, a craft or two, and an all-around spooktacular time!
